Dinner, Brunch & Lunch
Feast on classic favorites with a bit of a twist. One of their signature specialties is Chicken & Waffles with honey hot sauce, a Vermont sharp cheddar cheese waffle, and topped with bourbon maple syrup. Sweet Tea Braised Short Ribs, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Shrimp & Grits, and Grilled Blackened Salmon are also must-try dishes. Pair any of these with a side of Skillet Cornbread made with bacon, jalapeño, and honey butter, or Classic Buttermilk Biscuits served with housemade jam.
The brunch menu features light options, omelets, fresh-baked sweets, and savory dishes. Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast, Maple Bacon Donuts, Crème Brûlée Waffles, Mini Beignets, Chicken & Waffles, and Steak & Eggs are just some of the tasty options on this well-rounded menu.

Cocktails
The Beverage Book features Southern-inspired cocktails, wines, and beers. Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade, the Southern Peach, the Watermelon Sling, or Yardbird Old Fashioned will wet your whistle. Try a Whiskey Flight to sample several bourbons and whiskeys from different distilleries.
Yardbird is located inside of The Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes. Open Monday through Friday from 11am to 11pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am to 11pm. Reservations can be made online.
