What To Do in Las Vegas This Weekend (Apr 8 - 10)

Party with boy bands on the Strip, catch a game at the Las Vegas Ballpark, explore the Great American Foodie Fest, and more this weekend in Las Vegas.

1. Party with boy bands on the Strip

If boy bands are your thing, you're going to love this weekend. 

First, let's talk about BTS. The worldwide sensation is headed to Allegiant Stadium Friday and Saturday night for their Permission to Dance on Stage tour. It's a BIG deal and the entire city is responding.  Events are happening all over the city, so don't worry if you haven't snagged concert tickets. You can check out the live simulcast at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, too. 


There's another boy band in town if BTS isn't your style. The Backstreet Boys are back in Las Vegas to kick off a two-weekend engagement at the Colosseum inside Caesars Palace. Tickets start at $80. 

Both bands are also playing next weekend.

2. Catch a game @ the Las Vegas Ballpark

Head to the Las Vegas Ballpark this weekend to watch the Las Vegas Aviators start their season. The ballpark is one of the nicest stadiums in Triple-A. 

The Aviators will be up against the Reno Aces for three straight games.  Tickets start at $13.

3. Explore the Great American Foodie Fest

Check out dozens of unique food trucks at the Great American Foodie Fest. The sprawling event will be hosted at the parking lot at the Galleria at Sunset shopping mall. It's going to be a lot of fun because the many participating trucks are from out of the state. There will also be games, carnival rides, and live entertainment. 

Tickets are $10 at the gate. 

When: 

  • Friday 5 - 11 pm
  • Saturday 11 am - 11 pm
  • Sunday 11 am - 10 pm

4. Drink a lot of wine all over Las Vegas

Visit Downtown Container Park this Saturday for the monthly Wine & Beer Walk. Foley Family Wines will be pouring at least 10 different wines. There will also be a few options from other regional wineries. Your $30 ticket includes unlimited sips. 

After the wine frenzy, a DJ will set the mood with a late-night set. 

When: Saturday 5 - 8 pm

5. Watch the Masters in style @ the S Bar

This Sunday, watch the Masters in style at the S Bar. The Mandalay Bay hotspot is hosting a themed party from 11 am to 5 pm. Expect a lively atmosphere and plenty of good food. 

Golf apparel is encouraged.

6. Visit a craft festival @ Tivoli Village

It's time for the monthly craft festival at Tivoli Village. The family-friendly event features more than 80 local artists and vendors. You'll also find plenty of food trucks if you didn't get your fix at the Great American Foodie Fest. 

Bring your kids this time because the Easter Bunny and Santa will be at the Piazza from 12 - 3 pm.
