#5 Kurt Busch + Kyle Busch (NASCAR)
I get it; putting two people in one entry is cheating. But, it's also quite tricky to talk about one Busch without mentioning the other. These Las Vegas natives have been a crucial part of NASCAR over the last two decades and could end up being first-ballot Hall of Famers. They are just that good.
Starting with Kyle Busch, his 222 wins across NASCAR's top three series is nothing to sneeze at. He is also a two-time Cup Series champion and has won 59 races at the sport's highest level. Furthermore, he competed in five final four championship weekends, making him one of the only drivers under the new points system to do so. His personality on and off the track is only icing on the cake to what should be Kyle Busch's eventual induction.
As for Kurt Busch, his case is easier to make at some points and harder to make at others. For example, he has won the Daytona 500, unlike his brother but only has won the championship that came back in 2004 under NASCAR's first playoff system. He only has 39 wins to his name but has managed to win some pretty big races as well. Altogether, both Busch brothers deserve a spot in the Hall of fame. It's just a matter of when it actually happens.

#4 Max Paciorety (Las Vegas Golden Knights)
There's something about Max Pacioretty's 14-year career that just screams Hall of Fame-worthy, and fans would be naive to ignore it. Not only has Patches racked up 319 goals and 313 assists for a grand total of 632 points, but he also has 153 power-play points and a very impressive 64 goals.
Like other players on this list, it probably won't be a first-ballot or even a second one, but there will likely come a day when the NHL chooses to showcase Pacioretty's accomplishments in the Hall of Fame. Furthermore, his playoff runs with the Las Vegas Golden Knights have been epic, even helping the team reach the Stanley Cup Finals in 2018. Keep in mind this was his first year with the team, and he contributed a lot.

#3 Ryback (WWE)
People might laugh at this one, but don't act like WWE hasn't done this before. It's no secret that Bret Hart hated the company after the 1997 Survivor Series pay-per-view resulted in the infamous Montreal Screwjob but he eventually came back and was even inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
The point is, anything can happen, and if Ryback ever wants to step back in the ring to finish the run that didn't end well, he could easily leverage a Hall of Fame spot for something. Why not give a spot to a Las Vegas native that deserved so much better than the run he got?

#2 A'ja Wilson Las Vegas Aces
What is it about A'ja Wilson that makes her so great? How about an average of 19 points, 1.6 blocks, and 8.1 rebounds per game throughout her career with TheLas Vegas Aces? How about the fact that she has put Las Vegas on her back in multiple playoff runs?
If you look at her playoff numbers, she averages around 17.9 points, 2.2 blocks, 2 assists, and 8.5 rebounds per game. She's getting closer and closer to several records in the process. It's only a matter of time before she ends up in the WNBA Hall of fame.

#1 Derek Carr Las Vegas Raiders
While the hate train will always run wild for Derek Carr, his detractors are coming up with less and less to complain about. Think about it! The man was ranked among the top-five in passing yards last season and didn't even have his two best receivers for some of it. The fact that he can put up those kinds of numbers with almost any receiver is a testament to the man's potential. It may not be a first-ballot, and it might not be a second one, but one day, Derk Carr's name will be enshrined in Canton Ohio
