Restaurants

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Bar, the Strip

Country Music fans will certainly be excited about this one, as the iconic singer Jason Aldean brings his brand new live music venue and restaurant to the Strip! Get ready for classic Southern dishes and some rocking bands. It’s a little slice of Nashville injected into the heart of Sin City.

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Bar already opened in early December, but since it’s so new, we figured we’d add it to the list so you don’t miss it on your next visit.

Shopping

BLVD Shopping Center, The Strip

The BLVD shopping center inside Paris Las Vegas has been under renovation for some time now, but finally, many of the new stores are beginning to open. With Puma already up and running, it’s just a matter of time before other new stores start opening their doors to the public. Many are already displaying signs advertising their opening in the spring of 2025. Expect to see brands like Adidas, JD Sport, H&M, the ABC store, and a huge in-n-out burger located on the third floor!

Attractions

Universal Horror Unleashed, Area 15

From the creators of Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights, Universal Horror Unleashed is a brand new attraction coming to Las Vegas that will be located next to AREA15.

This new spooky experience seeks to bring bone-chilling experiences to life, making every night like Halloween. Discover brand new restaurants, bars, and live entertainment alongside Universal Horror Unleashed’s main attractions: four haunted houses.

Each of the four haunted houses will be themed differently. One will feature some of Universal’s most iconic monsters; one will be dedicated entirely to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, one will be themed around Scarecrow: The Reaping, and one will be for The Exorcist: Believer.

This attraction will be part of the ongoing creation of the Las Vegas Immersive District, which is expected to be completed in 2037.

Grand Prix Plaza

Thanks to the infamous Las Vegas Grand Prix, the city has become one of the biggest destinations in the world when it comes to auto racing. That's why this year will bring the new Grand Prix Plaza?

It'll be located on the Las Vegas Strip and house the Turn 1 Lounge (where visitors can grab a drink and relive the excitement of some of the best races in history). There will also be the F1 Drive, which features F1-inspired carts, each equipped with interactive technology so racing fans can experience racing along an actual stretch of the Las Vegas Gran Prix’s Strip Circuit.

The Grand Prix Plaza is set to open in Spring 2025.

Swingers, Mandalay Bay

Located inside Mandalay Bay and conveniently near the parking lot is a brand-new indoor adults-only miniature golf facility. It has been open since November 2024 and is the perfect place to spend a fun-filled evening. It has a quirky, indoor countryside setting and is open until late!

Entertainment

Residencies

A couple of notable residences will happen in Las Vegas in 2025. Bruno Mars fans will be pleased to hear that he will continue his residency at the Park MGM into the new year.

It’s also worth noting that the Eagles have extended their tour and will play at the Sphere until at least March 2025.

Concerts

Aside from the great news that The Eagles will be sticking around town for a little longer, music fans can have plenty to look forward to in the new year, with tour dates in the city from the likes of Sammy Hagar and Coldplay!

Sports

As a sports city, Las Vegas has great events taking place every year, with plenty of NFL and NHL games to catch during your visit and the NBA Cup held at the beginning of December at the T-Mobile arena; there’s certainly something for every kind of sports fan.

F1 will return in November, but if you want to attend, be sure to look for news in the coming year. There have been talks of pushing it forward by a couple of weekends.

Everything Else

Las Vegas Spaceport, Pahrump

There’s no set opening date, but Clark County officials approved the construction of the Las Vegas Spaceport earlier this year. This 240-acre site is set to be created in Vegas’ neighboring city of Pahrump, with the destination set to become the first-ever hub for commercial and private space tourism. Current plans include a launchpad and runway for spaceplanes, a control tower, a flight school, and, of course, it wouldn’t be a new Vegas addition without also having a 200-room resort and casino!

The Las Vegas Spaceport also made this list thanks to its 40,000-square-foot Las Vegas Space STEM University, which the creators hope will open later next year.

Chase Sapphire Lounge, Harry Reid International Airport

If you frequently travel in and out of Vegas and want to enjoy a little slice of luxury as you do so, you’ll be pleased to know that the brand new Chase Sapphire Lounge will be opening at the Harry Reid International Airport in 2025.
