Despite Peter Deboer having a pretty good record throughout his tenure with the Las Vegas Golden Knights, he has still failed to get the organization back to the Stanley Cup Finals. He came close in 2021 when the team made it all the way to the Semi-Finals, but they were eventually eliminated in a competitive series against the Montreal Canadians. 

Now the Knights are in a rut. In fact, between the team slowly losing their grip on the final playoff spot, and the laundry list of players still on the bench with injuries, it looks pretty grim. There are a lot of people calling for Deboer’s job.
