Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Vegas 411 LLC shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in Clark County, Nevada. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

No Class Actions:
You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice to the Company within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to the arbitration provision above, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
We may assign these Terms without restriction.
The provisions intended to survive termination shall survive.
