The Las Vegas Raiders had the 27th best-ranked rushing offense in the NFL last year, and a lot of that falls on the shoulders of Joshua Jacobs and Kenyan Drake. They were both put in their respective positions to ease the load on Derek Carr yet couldn’t produce a positive yard at times. When all was said and done, The Raiders only accumulated 1617 yards in 18 games last year, putting them at an average of just 95 rush yards a  game. 

That stat definitely needs improvement in 2022, even if it means replacing Joshua Jacobs. It might sound a little mean, especially since he isn’t the only rusher that has underperformed, but he certainly hasn’t lived up to expectations.
