The Las Vegas Raiders needed a spark on offense heading into the second half of their matchup against the Chargers and found it in Derek Carr on the opening drive of the third quarter. Not only did Carr not miss a single throw during the entire march down the field, but he also connected with Hunter Renfrow for a ten-yard touchdown and their first points of the evening. Of course, it wouldn't be enough to put them back in the game, but it was at least a sign of life.

Keep in mind that the Chargers are one of the best teams in the league and served as the Raider's first real test against a playoff team. Now, they didn't win and fell two touchdowns short of forcing overtime, but they showed so much improvement in that second half. Not just on offense, but defense as well.
