Bugsy & Meyer's Steakhouse at the Flamingo is another new top joint in town. Named after the mobsters who started the Flamingo, the restaurant is worth checking out. Their menu was crafted by Food Network competition winner Chef Lamar Moore. Some of their impressive dishes include the Mishima Ranch Wagyu Rib Cap, the Cadillac, and the prime beef tartare mixed with tart foie gras aioli. Steaks and entrees range between $34 - $140, while appetizers cost between $12 to $28.
