Pasty chef Mathieu Lavallee presents one hell of a holiday offering that you cannot afford to miss. The Winter Wonderland lobby displays a king-size Sugar Palace decorated with intricate holiday treats. It also features a spectacular winter forest with decorated trees, oversized ornaments, and a 17-foot Christmas tree graced with 500 crystals.
