Amalfi by Bobby Flay is located on the main level of Caesars Palace, through the main entrance along the casino floor next to Old Homestead Steakhouse. They’re open Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 to 11 pm. You can make a reservation here.
