6. Fell flat: Joshua Jacobs

The Las Vegas Raiders came into the 2021 season with one of the most promising running games in the entire league but seem to be struggling to find their footing. The latest example of this was Monday night's game against the Los Angeles Chargers, where Joshua Jacobs only accounted for 13 carries for 40 yards and an average gain of 3.5 per play. He also tried his hand as a receiver, catching five balls for 17 yards and an average gain of 3.1 yards per play.
In the end, Jacobs only accumulated nine points in Monday night's game, and while some of that can be chalked up to him returning from injury, he still couldn't punch the ball in the endzone when needed. He also didn't seem to have that signature quickness that would allow him to slip past defenders and into the backfield. It was almost like Jacobs was running on empty all evening.
