#2 Tony Khan claims that Jon Moxley played critical role in helping acquire Bryan Danielson

Bryan Danielson made his debut for AEW in 2021 and while the move set the Pro Wrestling world on fire, the best was yet to come. Not only was that evident by his debut match against Kenny Omega, which went to a draw after a 30-minute time limit, but also due to his eventual feud with Las Vegas native Jon Moxley. Interestingly enough,  AEW President Tony Khan revealed during a recent interview that  Moxley played a key role in acquiring Danielson.

"I don't know if people know," Khan said during an interview with Jim Varsallone, "Jon Moxley's a big reason why Bryan Danielson came to AEW in the first place. He really vouched for this place. He gave his word to Bryan that this is a great place to work and that helped connect me."
