If you want a perfectly classic steak experience in Vegas, this is where you should go. Golden Steer is an old restaurant that has been operational since 1958- the oldest in the region. It is less flashy and still feels a little old school, but their meats are amazing; with their conventional tableside Caesar salad, the experience is unique and different. You may not get the hyped Wagyu here, but their meats will make you forget about fancy Wagyu for a moment.
