There are many Nobu locations worldwide, but the one at Caesars Palace has a different sushi experience. It's the only one with teppanyaki tables and has more seating. It is the largest of the Nobu restaurants. Enjoy choices such as sashimi salad with Matsuhisa dressing, salmon, or yellowtail tartare with caviar, Nobu ceviche. You can also enjoy the Omakase experience, Japanese Wagyu, and more.
