The crew at Majordōmo Meat & Fish aims to reinvent the traditional surf and turf experience by building on a wide array of techniques and fresh ingredients to produce dishes that transcend expectations and make the old new again.
The menu offers a wide range of smoked meats cooked to perfection, a raw bar and fresh seafood dishes, and a slew of strong drinks that complement.
My absolute favorites include the King Crab served in a delicious citrus Aioli, the Bing (a fluffy flatbread) coated with butter, honey, Maldon salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Although, the version of Bing with shaved foie gras, raspberry jam, and ricotta is a close second.
On the meat side of things, I always make sure to get the wagyu filet or the smoked prime rib.
