Victory's Café already laid out its Mother’s Day menu. The three-course menu special will be available from 11 am to 11 pm. The restaurant will charge a flat rate of $16.99 per person for the three-course experience. Diners can choose between a soup or dinner salad as the starter, enjoy a hearty meal of choice from the Mother’s Day specials and finish with a tasty dessert of either cheesecake or a three-tier carrot cake.
