4. Vegetables
Remember that quick stop at the supermarket you made earlier? Alongside those hard-boiled eggs, grab a ready-made salad and add it to your cart. The most effortless snack you could make when you get back at the hotel would be for you to cut up some carrots and or cucumbers. You can have them as they are or dip them into some yogurt. There are so many vegetables you can choose from, with a majority of them not requiring any cooking.
