#4 Las Vegas native Ryback claims his backstage fight with Brock Lesnar was fake

It’s hard to know what’s real and what’s not in WWE, which is why Las Vegas native Ryback’s latest comments are so hard to digest. The former Intercontinental champion claimed last week in an edition of Ryback TV  that his backstage altercation with Brock Lesnar was just something the company made up. He claims they did this to smear his name in the media and make it seem like he was hard to work with.

The story goes that in 2012, Ryback and Brock Lesnar got into a shoving match backstage before a live show. The altercation was supposedly so bad that Lesnar left the arena and couldn't be reached by the company. As for Ryback, he was taken off of shows for the incident and received a lot of bad press. 

“It was done to try to hurt my credibility with the fans that, ‘Big bad Ryback isn’t so big, bad and tough.’ That altercation never even happened. I and Brock get along great,” clarified Ryback.
