Liz Cambage is coming into 2022 as an unrestricted free agent, but that isn't stopping her from speaking her mind.  Not only is that evident by the fact that she expressed frustration about losing core duties to A'ja Wilson, but also by her claiming she wanted to play for the Los Angeles Sparks before finally being signed by the Aces.

She continued her controversial streak recently by speaking out about the recent signing of Becky Hammon to a max coaching contract. While many in the sports world are happy that Hammon will be getting her million-dollar payday, Camabge took issue with the fact that her new coach will now be paid four times more than her. 

"Ah yes the @WNBA," Cambage said in a tweet Tuesday afternoon regarding the new hire of Becky Hammon, "where a head coach can get paid 4X the highest-paid players supermax contract. lmao, and y'all think imma spend another season upgrading my seat on a flight to get to games out of my own pocket."
