#3 Las Vegas Raiders blocked from interviewing New England Patriots coach

Josh McDaniels became the new Head Coach of The Las Vegas Raiders during the offseason and wasted no time in making key changes. While the acquisition of Davante Adams might be the first thing to come to mind, Las Vegas also picked up several former New England Patriots coaches to join their team. You could even say that the Raiders poached talent from the Patriots intentionally.

They tried to do the same with Patriots Tight End and Full Back coach Nick Caley but New England blocked the interview from happening. 

 "Nick Caley's role seems to be a little in flux," Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer reported. "I'd expect he'll have more responsibility in '22. The Patriots blocked Caley from talking to the Raiders, and his role in New England this fall could dictate whether he stays put or goes to Las Vegas in '23."
