#4 Las Vegas Raiders didn't tell Derek Carr about Colin Kaepernick tryout beforehand

The Las Vegas Raiders hosted a workout with Colin Kaepernick last Wednesday and apparently no one told Derek Carr about it beforehand. Head Coach, Josh McDaniels revealed that little tidbit during an interview about the Kaepernick workout and claimed that Carr knows where he stands with the team.  This comes after Carr signed a three-year $120.5 million contract with the Raiders during the offseason.

  “I think Derek's pretty comfortable with where he's at," McDaniels said of the recently extended Carr. "I think he knows who he is for us, and I know he knows how I feel about him, how we feel about him. I don't think that's really a big thing to Derek at this point."
