If you want a change of pace from the non-stop city, take a drive out into the neon desert. This free of charge outdoor art exhibit is about 25 minutes south of the Las Vegas Strip; it’s so bright, you can’t miss it.

Seven Magic Mountains was unveiled in 2016 and has been a popular site for tourists and locals ever since. The seven colorful stacks of rocks are a fun stop along the highway to and from California. The neon rock formations are perfect for selfies and photoshoots year-round.

You don’t have to take a treacherous hike to get here; it’s just a short walk from the designated parking area. This is a super easy option to get outside and experience the desert without venturing far from the heart of the city.
