Celine's first residency in the city set the precedence for her subsequent residency and that of other artists. It was at The Colosseum at the prestigious Caesars Palace, held between 2003 and 2007. It was among the most significant achievements in her career, away from her global musical tours. The Colosseum was built specifically for this purpose.

In total, her earnings from this residency were about $385.1 million. It is one of the largest figures recorded from a Las Vegas residency. A New Day paved the way for her next stint years to come, which was also a massive success.

"Celine"
The "Celine" show was among the most popular the city has ever seen. Her second Las Vegas residency ran from 2011 to 2019, still at Caesars Palace. Her return with Celine was out of this world, making headlines and breaking the box office records. During the years of her residency, she also had other wins, such as winning the Billboard Music Awards on multiple occasions. She launched a new album titled 'Courage' in late 2019 and had a tour and new residency to pursue at Resorts World. Unfortunately, she could not do the tour or take up the residency at that time because of health challenges.
