It’s no secret that hard work pays off, and that is precisely what Josh Jacobs has been putting in all season long. Of course, he has been dealing with a string of injuries that have kept him off the field at times, but he is still one of the leading rushers in the entire league. That's why this year he was selected to participate in the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career.

While it might not be the Super Bowl game that Jacobs eventually hopes to play in, it is a sign that he is starting to get the recognition he deserves. Raiders head coach, Jon Gruden, was asked about Jacobs: "I think when you get selected to the Pro Bowl, it's not by accident...  He's improved as a receiver. He's a tough dude, man. He's gotten better in all areas."
