Las Vegas is a city in constant transition, but one destination is steeped in tradition. Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is an authentic recreation of the original pub in Munich, Germany Each year, Hofbrauhaus celebrates Oktoberfest, which began with a Bavarian royal wedding in 1810.

Now that we're deep into October, several keg tappings have already occurred. Names like Mayor Carolyn Goodman, the ladies of FANTASY, the men of CHIPPENDALES, magician Jen Kramer, and ventriloquist Terry Fator have come, pounded, guzzled, and departed.

Last Saturday, members of The Bronx Wanderers were joined by friends, fellow musicians, and scores of revelers for another wild party. Drummer Alex Papa (The Spazmatics, Piano Man), singer Cassie Stone (Zarkana, Atomic Radio) guitarist Christian Brady (MJ The Evolution), producer/manager Paula Maggio, and others gathered at the Table of Honor. At 7:30 pm, The Bronx Wanderers led a grand procession to the stage. Musical director/lead singer Vincent John carried out the honors, piercing a barrel to enjoy the first stein of Oktoberfest brew. He and his bandmates then performed a rousing number that had guests up on their feet...and onto the tables.

Celebrity keg-tappings take place on Friday and Saturday nights through the end of the month. In honor of its twentieth anniversary, the restaurant is offering $20 Schnitzel entrees on the 20th of every month.

From Sunday to Thursday, enjoy the lively tunes from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays, the party goes on until 11:00 PM!
