Original 6/1/25 article begins here: When it comes to construction, Las Vegas does things one of two ways. A simple road repavement can span years, but casinos, attractions, and stadiums appear out of nowhere. Take ATOMIC GOLF (above), for instance. It wasn't that long ago that I was photographing the dismantling of CELESTIA's circus tent. The next time I drove by, Atomic Golf was reaching for the clouds next to the STRAT Hotel Casino.

The multi-level attraction expands upon a popular blueprint laid out by TopGolf, the successful chain with 100 locations in the U.S. and abroad. Atomic Golf offers driving ranges, a putting district, and golf ball cannons. It's also a restaurant, bar, taproom, and event space.

You can access the complex from within STRAT Hotel Casino or a dedicated lot...

We were greeted by Javier, who began our tour with a stop at COSMIC LOUNGE, the facility's restaurant and bar. It's overseen by Executive Chef Robert Lomeli.

The dazzling establishment offers scenic views of historic Naked City. Once a neighborhood for the Strip's showgirls, it has evolved into an eclectic mix of businesses, wedding chapels, art galleries, and a haven for food enthusiasts.

Chef Lomeli had invited VEGAS 411 to sample some of his newest culinary creations. But instead of trying them at COSMIC LOUNGE, I was led to one of the 4th-level golfing bays. There, I could observe guests at play, experience the sporting side of Atomic Golf, and take in the gorgeous sunset.

Javier stated that it was expected to be slower than the average evening (they were coming off an extended holiday weekend). But as the sun went down, business picked up, and I was soon surrounded by families, packs of bros, and girls-night-out groups....all here to have a great time.

The Ultimate Nachos - $16: chorizo, queso blanco, chicharrón crumble topping.
Tropical Shrimp Ceviche - $21: passion fruit, avocado, corn tostada.

The Garden Pizza - $23: roasted vegetables, goat cheese, Mediterranean olives.

Fish and Chips - $25: Icelandic cod, French fries seasoned with malt vinegar powder, lemon dill aioli.

B.B.L.V. Wrap - $22: the best bacon in Las Vegas, lettuce, marinated tomato, fresh avocado.

Party Platters (serves six): Carnitas Street Tacos - $75, Chicken Tenders & Fries - $85, Sliders & Fries - $85, Cheese Quesadillas - $75.
Fruit Stand - $17: seasonal melons, pineapple, rimmed with chamoy and tajin, served in a souvenir cup.
Chicharrón & Queso Blanco - $12: homemade chicharrones, queso blanco dip.
Bacon Mac and Cheese - $19: radiatore pasta, thick-cut bacon, spicy cheese sauce.

The Thicc Cakes - $25 (brunch only): three scratch-made, fluffy pancakes, Harry’s Berries strawberry and rosemary sauce, and whipped chantilly cream.

The food menus at Atomic Golf are quite extensive. Chef Lomeli covers all the standard bases but ups the ante with terrific flavors, vibrant colors, and high-quality ingredients. His authentic Tropical Shrimp Ceviche rivals anything you'll find in Mexico.

From delightful pub favorites to an A5 Tableside Wagyu, anything you desire can be brought directly to your golfing bay. There's also a Weekend Brunch, Weekday $25 Business Lunch, themed nights ($5 Tacos & Tequila Shots), and fierce skillet-baked cookies topped with ice cream.

Thanks to the servers who allowed us to take quick shots of plates as they exited the kitchen.
