The latest Vegas breakout artist is returning home. Will you join "MY MOM"?

They're irreverent, colorful, maybe even a little wackadoodle...they also have an unforgettable name. MY MOM IS HERE is an NYC-based group fronted by Las Vegas native Samantha "Sam" Seiff. Next month, the band will launch its first national tour from right here in Sam's hometown.

'My Mom Is Here' is the brainchild of Sam Seiff (vocals) and Nick Sare (keys), who recruited their Columbia jazz pals Aidan Speckhard (drums), Ryan Daar (bass), and Stephen Park (guitar) to play with them in 2023. Ever since, 'My Mom Is Here' has rocked classic NYC venues like Mercury Lounge and Nublu, garnering praise for their tight musicianship and goofy onstage antics.

Glide Magazine describes MY MOM IS HERE as "the expansive nature of neo-soul and the freedom of jazz...wrapped in a neat pop bow." The group's debut video is "Take Me To Your Leader" (below). They return to Las Vegas for one night only at Notoriety Live on August 31st. MY MOM IS HERE: Baby Steps will feature guests Mawwthy and Zen Friends. Doors open at 5:30 pm. The showcase begins at 6, and My Mom Is Here takes the stage at 7:30 pm.

Tickets start at only $15 for general admission and can be ordered here. The show is limited to audience members 21 and over. Notoriety Live is located at the intersection of Fremont Street and 4th Street in downtown Las Vegas. Underground parking is available in the Neonopolis complex.
