Pedophile Problem at Circus Circus?
Anthony Levi Lopez of Adventuredome's FEAR ZONE was sued for sexual battery and solicitation of minors...
Last month, VEGAS 411 published this report detailing confusion between the incoming FEAR DOME (later FEAR ZONE) and its predecessor, FRIGHT DOME, at Circus Circus Resort. As it turns out, there's a lot more to the story than the potential theft of intellectual property.

The new Halloween attraction is being spearheaded by Anthony Levi Lopez, a "social media influencer" with serious allegations in his recent past. Lopez is the manager of South of Heaven Productions, with Fear Zone being the only project listed on their website
A background search of Mr. Lopez on Google returned this summary:
- Sexual harassment and soliciting explicit photos from minors: In 2021, a lawsuit was filed alleging Lopez sexually harassed and collected explicit photographs of underage fans. Two teenagers, identified as H.L. Doe and C.H. Doe, claimed Lopez groomed them into sexual acts or sending inappropriate photos despite knowing they were minors. H.L. Doe stated she and Lopez engaged in sexual activity, including oral and vaginal intercourse, on January 4 and January 19, 2020, and that she was 15 years old at the time, though she initially told him she was 16. C.H. Doe claimed Lopez requested and received nude photos from her and sent her explicit photos of himself when she was 16 years old.
- Controversial and offensive tweets: Lopez has also received backlash for past tweets containing sexist, racist, and homophobic statements, some of which were made as recently as 2019. He has since apologized for these tweets, claiming they were "old childish tweets" from "5-6 years ago" and that he is offended reading them now.
On Saturday, August 16th, I reached out via email to Shana Gerety, General Manager of Circus Circus, about this concerning information. Here is the message in its entirety:
Hello, Ms. Gerety -
I'm the head writer and Deputy Editor for VEGAS 411, an entertainment and information media resource geared toward Las Vegas residents and visitors. I recently published an article covering the confusion between the incoming Fear Zone and the former Fright Dome at Circus Circus Adventuredome.
During my investigation, I discovered that Fear Zone's central figure, Tony Lopez, has a very concerning history. Namely, accusations of sexual battery and solicitation of sexual acts/child pornography from minors as young as fifteen years old.

While I didn't cover these matters in my initial article about Fear Zone, it would be negligent not to make the public aware that an accused sexual predator/pedophile is actively involved in a Halloween attraction at the family-oriented Circus Circus Hotel Casino.
With youth endangerment being such a concern in our society, it may be necessary to issue a follow-up to my original article, available here:
Before going forward, I'd like to request a statement from you or a representative of Circus Circus regarding these concerns. I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Sam Novak
Deputy Editor, VEGAS 411

This post from the FEAR ZONE Instagram page is dated 9/6/25. It shows a FEAR ZONE character at an outdoor event, touching a child while wearing a shirt that says "I (heart symbol) MENTALLY UNSTABLE WOMEN." We've concealed the identity of the child.
We've also learned that tickets for FEAR ZONE are selling at an anemic pace. The event requires all admissions to be paid for in advance, and no tickets will be sold at the door. Ten-dollar discount coupons are being touted, and the base rate has also been reduced from $89.99 to $79.99.
Our sources have reported that construction on FEAR ZONE's four haunted houses is behind schedule and being done without proper permits. They also tell us that industry-standard fire-retardant wood is not being utilized. We have not been able to confirm the truth of these allegations, but we will question officials at Circus Circus about these concerns if and when they respond to our initial emails.
UPDATE 9/9/25
As of this morning, the Instagram photo depicting a member of FEAR ZONE wearing an offensive slogan shirt while touching a small female child has been removed.
Also, we have confirmed that an active complaint has been made against the construction of FEAR ZONE due to the lack of a building permit:
Additionally, we've uncovered the trademark application that directly links Anthony Levi Lopez to FEAR ZONE. You can view it in its entirety here.
