Westgate Entertainment Part 2 - 2024 Concerts

Upcoming special-event shows at the historic resort offer something for every taste...

The world has seemingly lost its collective mind over the glossy, towering Fontainebleau Resort. Now in its third month, the mega-hotel is already struggling on many fronts. One block away, Westgate Las Vegas continues to thrive more than fifty years since opening. While the reasons are many, we're here to discuss Westgate entertainment. Photo by VEGAS 411 In Part One, we took a look at ongoing productions like SOUL OF MOTOWN and headliners such as Barry Manilow and Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. Today we open the door to legendary International Theater. Once home to Barbra Streisand, Elvis Presley, Liberace, and Andrew Lloyd Webber's STARLIGHT EXPRESS, the iconic showroom boasts both resident productions and special-event concerts. Here's a look at Westgate's slate of upcoming single-night shows and multi-evening concerts, as they appear on the resort's official website:

TOM KEIFER BAND w/L.A. GUNS -

"Tom Keifer, the voice behind Cinderella, brings his signature raspy vocals and soulful guitar riffs to the desert oasis of Las Vegas. With a catalog of classic rock anthems like "Don't Know What You Got (Till It's Gone)" and "Nobody's Fool," he's sure to captivate the audience with his raw talent and charismatic stage presence." "Joining the lineup is LA Guns, a band that has been a driving force in the hard rock scene for decades. With their infectious melodies and unforgettable guitar solos, LA Guns will have you on your feet and singing along to hits like "The Ballad of Jayne" and "Never Enough." The show will play on Thursday, April 11th at 8 pm. Tickets start at $35 (plus taxes/fees) and can be reserved here.

AIR SUPPLY -

It seems as though Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell have been performing as AIR SUPPLY since you and I took our first breath. The Orleans Showroom semi-regulars now bring AIR SUPPLY to the International Theater for two shows this spring. They'll be singing "Here I Am", "All Out of Love", "Even The Nights Are Better" and many more. Dates are May 31st and June 1st at 7 pm. Tickets range from $40.00 to $275.00 VIP meet-and-greet packages. Get yours by heading here.

WARRANT and LITA FORD -

Glam metal and rock history collide when WARRANT teams up with guitarist Lita Ford for an unforgettable night of music. A chart-topper with songs reaching back to 1975, Lita Ford still records and releases new albums. WARRANT released five top-selling albums between '89 and '96. They're best known for "Cherry Pie", the anthem for strippers throughout Las Vegas. Along for the June 22nd concert is opening group PARALANDRA. Showtime is 8 pm. DON FELDER of The Eagles -

After twenty-seven years with legendary The Eagles, Don Felder launched a solo career in 2001. Felder's latest album, entitled AMERICAN ROCK 'N' ROLL, features collaborations with Sammy Hagar, Mick Fleetwood, Richie Sambora, Peter Frampton, and Slash. Don Felder appears at Westgate's International Theater on July 27th at 8 pm. Tickets start at $29.99 and can be reserved at this link.

GINO VANNELLI -

If you're surprised to see Gino Vannelli's name on this list, you aren't alone. Croce, who stops in Las Vegas as part of his "50th Anniversary Tour". Scheduled for October 27th at 8 pm., the show runs from $45.00 to $65.00 per seat (plus taxes/fees, of course). Get yours here.

FREE SHOWS at INTERNATIONAL BAR

Along with all of the great concerts and residencies, Westgate Las Vegas is one of a dwindling number of casino hotels that provides nightly free entertainment. The colorful International Bar, located between the resort's main entrance and gaming floor, offers jazz, rock, soul, funk, and standards in a casual, fun environment. Tribute groups like NPerson, High RockTane, and Rhythm Nation, along with live deejays and acclaimed saxophonist Justin Young, are just part of an ever-changing lineup. See who's up next by heading here. Attendees must be 21 or older to enjoy music at the lounge. Westgate Las Vegas is located at 3000 Paradise Road, between Las Vegas Convention Center and Fontainebleau Resort.
